Fantastic company would 100% use again. They were prompt and did great quality work even going above and beyond to help identify and solve some weak points in my system in addition to fixing the problem at hand. If you ever find yourself in need of heat and air! We came home from vacation to our air not working at 2 in the morning. We called a couple businesses to leave a message for the morning to get a head start. My husband called this company, and the owner answered the phone AT 2 IN THE MORNINGON A SATURDAY! He literally would have come to the house right then, but we agreed to 8 in the morning. He was here and fixed it in a few minutes. Joe was very nice and polite and made us feel very comfortable. The price was very reasonable and even gave us a military discount! Great local business that needs to be recognized.

I had our A/C go out yesterday. Called this morning and they were out working on the A/C by 11:30 am. Zach and Ricardo were amazing, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything to us and took their time with my elderly grandmother. They didn't mind my dogs and were just so kindhearted and sweet the entire time. 10/10 will use them again.

Our A/C unit went out last night 8/20/23, at midnight. Both husband and I are disabled. Called Integrity, Zack, and he was here within 15 minutes. Saw that the fan blades and motor were loose and in need of replacement. He went back to his shop to get us an air conditioning unit to keep us cool thru the night and till when he could get back the next day to fix unit. Thank you again to Integrity Heat and Air. I highly recommend Integrity Heat and Air! Our A/C in our condo went out when we had guests staying over Memorial Day weekend. We called Integrity and they had someone over within a half hour and had it fixed within the hour. The guests even commented on how nice the technician was which put them at ease. My heat pump was blowing hot air instead of cold air. It was a hot Saturday, thankfully joe answered the phone. I told him what was going on and to my amazement he left what he was doing to come and look at it. He made some repairs to my very old unit and got it working. He checked back with me in two hours to see what the temperature was and to see how fast it was cooling. He suggested I make an appointment for a coil cleaning which I did. Joe and his sons did an awesome job. I will call him when something else happens. I highly recommend him and his sons, they were friendly, professional, explained everything so I could understand it, fast, on time and very reasonable! Thank you Joe and Sons!

my furnace recently went out and the condenser wasn't far behind. I called Integrity and talked to Joe. They came out the next morning and within a couple hours, He gave me a quote for the job. the appointment was scheduled, and they were there promptly. the work was done before I had estimated (form another company) and they were very courteous and professional. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I would definitely recommend this company and am grateful, as an older woman, to be able to trust someone to do the job, be reasonable and honest. Last summer, our A/C went out on one of the hottest days. I called 5 different places and either got an answering machine or someone telling us it would be two weeks. Then I called Integrity and Joe answered right away, told me he'd be out within the hour, and he was true to his word. He was fast and informative. When we needed to replace our system and upgraded to a heat pump, they gave us a better quote than another place, showed up on time, and were fast and clean. Joe had great advice about keeping our system running well. Our system has been working great and our electric bill is so much lower than last year. I don't think we'll ever use anyone else!

I had them install a 1-ton mini split in my basement. Works great! Highly recommend a mini split. Very efficient and economical. Changed my world.

He scheduled my appointment for the following morning (8/16/22) and called prior to his team's arrival to confirm the appointment and location.
